HOW DO I JOIN?
It's easy to become a member. First, by joining, you accept the site terms. If you have read and understood these terms, and you are over 18 years of age, you are ready to join. Go directly to the sign up page and within minutes you'll be a member of www.jakecruise.com!
NOTE: You are solely responsible for your user name and password. This site is equipped with software that will terminate any account that is used by more than 3 computers. We urge you to use a unique user name and password for this site. Using the same user name and password for multiple sites increases the likelihood that they will be stolen and abused. If this happens, your account will be terminated and no refund will be given.
WHAT DO I NEED TO USE THIS SITE?
My movies come in three formats: Flash, Quicktime, and Windows Media. For the best quality and experience make sure you have the latest version of the players: Flash, Quicktime, Windows Media Player. All formats are intended for broadband users. If you connect to the internet using a dial-up account instead of DSL or Cable, keep in mind that this site is intended for broadband users. Quicktime and Windows Media movies are downloadable.
As a member you will have access to all movies and photographs. In order to ensure a quality experience for all members, downloads are limited to 5,000 megabytes (5 gigabytes) per member per day. This is equivalent to 10 movies and their photographs.
Apple iOS Users: (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple TV)
You can stream movies from any iOS device that allows an internet connection. Wi-Fi connections will give you a better experience than 3G. From your computer you can download the full-length iOS movie and then sync it to your iOS device using iTunes. This will keep the movie on your iOS device (except Apple TV) and allow you to play it back with no internet connection.
Google Android Users:
You can stream the regular Flash version of the movies. For a better experience Android users can download the iOS movie to their device and use an alternate video player that will play m4v movies. You can find these players in the Android Marketplace.
